Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using j10ce's website and services. j10ceBy opening an account or using our services, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between j10ce and its members. We want it to be simple and transparent, so it has been written entirely in plain language.

J10ce is an internationally licensed betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. It is each user's own responsibility to understand and comply with the laws and regulations of their country.

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account with j10ce, the following conditions must be met:

• Minimum Age 18 years – Account strictly prohibited for users under this age
• Only one account per person is permitted (members of the same household may each open their own account in their own name, on a separate device)
• All information provided must be accurate and truthful
• Your account must be used by you personally – not on behalf of any third party

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To prevent fraud and ensure security, j10ce may request identity documents (NID/passport) and proof of address at any time. Until verification is complete:

• Large withdrawals may be subject to delays
• Account access may be temporarily restricted

2.3 Account Security

Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. j10ce is not responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your password. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately.

J10ce primarily transacts in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing market rate, and a small conversion fee may apply.

• A 100% bonus is awarded on your first deposit (up to a specified limit)
• A minimum deposit of the specified amount is required to qualify for the bonus
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being activated

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A specified bet amount must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn. Only Sports Bets count towards wagering requirements. Certain games or bet types may be excluded from wagering calculations.

VIP members earn cashback on their weekly net losses. The cashback rate ranges from 5–25% depending on your VIP tier. Wagering requirements apply to cashback bonuses as well.

• Bets cannot be changed once confirmed
• Bets placed at pre-match odds may be voided after the match has started
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, j10ce reserves the right to void the affected bet

5.2 Special Rules for Live Betting

Live betting relies on real-time data. j10ce is not responsible for bets that are delayed due to internet connectivity issues. Live odds are subject to change at any time.

5.3 Reasons for Bet Cancellation

• If a match is cancelled or postponed
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect or erroneous odds
• If evidence of match-fixing is found
• If suspiciously large bets are detected on the same event

5.4 Cash Out Feature

J10ce's Cash Out feature lets you settle a bet before the match ends. The cash out amount depends on the current market value at the time. j10ce is not liable if a cash out fails due to network issues.

7.1 Setting Self-Limits

Members at j10ce can set the following limits:

• Daily Loss Limit
• Single Session Time Limit
• Maximum Amount Per Bet

Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, a 24-hour waiting period applies.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

You may close your account temporarily or permanently. No bets or deposits can be placed during a self-exclusion period. If j10ce detects signs of problematic behaviour, it may restrict your account on its own initiative.

8.1 Closed by Member

You may request account closure at any time through the support team. All pending bets must be settled and any available balance withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.2 Suspended by j10ce

J10ce may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Managing Multiple Accounts
• Bonus Abuse & Manipulation
• Providing false or fraudulent information
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Suspected involvement in match fixing
• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions

J10ce takes all complaints seriously. The complaints process is as follows:

2. Step Two: If your issue remains unresolved, submit a detailed complaint via email
3. Step Three: Email complaints are generally resolved within 48–72 hours
4. Final Decision: All decisions made by j10ce are final
